This toy is available in two silicone firmness levels:

Soft
More flexible and cushioned. Soft silicone compresses easily, allowing the petals and insertable shape to move more during use.

Medium
A more structured feel while still remaining comfortable. Medium holds its shape better, which can make texture and pressure feel more defined.

If you're unsure, Soft is the most popular choice for most customers.
Choose Medium if you prefer a firmer feel or want the texture and vibration to feel more pronounced.

1. Secure the grinder to a pillow, cushion, chair or a partner’s thigh using the included straps. Make sure it is firmly positioned and won’t move during use.

2. Apply water-based lubricant to the grinding surface, the insertable element and yourself. This helps reduce friction and makes movement more comfortable.

3. Insert your body wand into the top cup of the grinder. Ensure it is seated securely so vibration transfers properly through the toy.

4. Get into a comfortable position and straddle the grinder. Take your time guiding the insertable into place, adjusting your position until it feels natural.

5. Turn on the wand at a low setting. Give your body time to adjust to the sensation before increasing intensity.

6. Begin to move your hips slowly. Grind, rock or roll your hips to explore how the petals and insertable respond to different angles and pressure.

7. Adjust intensity and movement as you go. You can stay still and enjoy the vibration or add more movement to increase texture-based sensation.

8. When finished, turn off and remove the wand. Clean the grinder with warm soapy water or a suitable toy cleaner, then allow it to dry fully before storing.
