1. Choose a comfortable position
   This could be lying down, sitting, standing or straddling, whatever feels relaxed and stable for the body.
2. Apply lubricant
   Use a generous amount of water-based lubricant on the dildo and on the body to reduce friction and increase comfort.
3. Position the dildo
