1. Secure the grinder to a pillow, cushion, chair or a partner’s thigh using the included straps. Make sure it is firmly positioned and won’t move during use.

2. Apply water-based lubricant to the grinding surface and to yourself. This helps reduce friction and makes movement smoother.

3. Insert your body wand into the opening at the end of the log. Push it in until it feels secure and stable before turning it on.

4. Sit or straddle the grinder and take your time getting into a comfortable position. Adjust your angle so the petals sit where you want the most contact.
